GREETINGS FROM PRINCIPAL
WATCH OUR FIRST COLLEGE MARCH ON NEWS12
Dear CSSJ Community,
I am honored to have been nominated by the parent, student and teacher community to become the Interim Acting Principal for the Community School for Social Justice. Eleven years ago, I moved to NYC to pursue a graduate degree in education. After I graduated, I was fortunate enough to become a staff member at CSSJ and was instantly impressed by the small, yet strong supportive community.
During my ten years at CSSJ, I have collaborated with and learned from students, parents, and staff members alike. Each experience has influenced me, and encouraged me to continue the legacy that Sue-Ann Rosch began. I am thankful for being part of a school community that is welcoming, caring and supportive. I imagined that I would attend school, stay briefly in NYC and then return home to Chicago, but after 10 years CSSJ has become my school home and second family. Thank you for the opportunity to work alongside you.
